This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Clear Choice Exterior Cleaning LLC uses on clearchoicext.com, what they do, and how you can control them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

1.What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so it can recognize your browser on a later visit. We also use related technologies that work the same way, including pixels, tags, local storage, and tracking parameters added to links in our ads and emails.
First party cookies are set by our website. Third party cookies are set by companies whose tools we use, such as Google and Meta. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
2.Why we use them
- To make the site work, keep it secure, and remember your choices
- To understand which pages people visit and where they get stuck, so we can improve the site
- To measure which ads and search results lead to calls, form submissions, and booked jobs
- To show our ads to people who have visited our site or who have similar needs
3.Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function. These handle page delivery, security, and spam protection on forms. The site will not work properly without them.
Performance and analytics
These tell us how the site is used overall, across all visitors rather than by name. We use Google Analytics 4 to see where traffic comes from, which pages get viewed, how long people stay, and which pages lead to someone contacting us.
Functional
These remember choices you make, such as a form partially filled in or a chat conversation in progress.
Advertising and targeting
These measure and improve our advertising. We use Google Ads conversion tracking, which adds a tag to the links in our search ads so we can tell which ad led to a call, and the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram advertising. These tools may also be used to show you our ads on other sites and apps. Under some state privacy laws this activity is treated as targeted advertising or as a sale of personal data, and you can opt out as described in Section 5.

5.Your choices
Ask us directly. You do not need to work through browser settings if you would rather not. Email us at powerwashing@clearchoicext.com and ask us to stop advertising-related tracking tied to your information, and we will take care of it.
Browser controls
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, usually under Privacy or Site Data. Blocking all cookies may break parts of this site and other sites you use.
Opting out of advertising
- Google Ads settings: adssettings.google.com
- Google Analytics opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Meta ad preferences, in your Facebook or Instagram account settings
- Industry opt-out pages: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org
Do Not Track and universal opt-out signals
Browsers vary in how they send Do Not Track and similar signals, and there is no single agreed industry standard for responding to them. Our website does not currently respond automatically to those signals. Use the browser and advertising controls above, or contact us and we will handle it for you.
6.Emails and text messages
Our marketing emails may contain a small pixel that tells us whether the message was opened and which links were clicked. Links in our emails and texts may include tracking parameters so we know which message brought you to the site. You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and stop texts by replying STOP.
7.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools change. The current version is always posted here with the date at the top.
